JobGrid provides job-listing and application-management services. This notice explains the general information practices connected to the JobGrid website and applicant portal.
Information applicants provide
When you submit an application, the applicant portal may collect the information shown on that application form and any files you choose to upload. The information is associated with your application and made available to authorized administrators for review.
How information is used
- To receive, organize and review applications.
- To communicate confirmation, status changes and requests for additional information.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
- To support an employer’s hiring process when JobGrid manages applications on its behalf.
Employer-managed opportunities
When JobGrid manages an application for another company, the named employer may receive or review application information as part of its hiring process.
Your choices
Use the applicant portal only for information requested in the application. Do not send sensitive documents through social-media comments or messages. For questions about an application or privacy, contact career@jobgrid.org.
Security
JobGrid uses administrative access controls and other safeguards designed to protect application information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
